This is the brain/mood product of the four. PE-22-28 is a short spadin-derived peptide that blocks the TREK-1 potassium channel. Research has found antidepressant-like effects and neurogenesis/synaptogenesis findings in mice and cell models. There isn't established human clinical evidence yet.
