All orders must be placed, paid, and cleared before 07:00 each morning.

PLEASE ENSURE AN IMMEDIATE PAYMENT and send the POP to us.

All instructions for payments are shared on your screen once you place your order.

At 08:30, I place and pay all supplier orders.

DISPATCH & DELIVERY

This does NOT guarantee same-day packing or shipping.
Some parcels may go out the same day, others the next working day.
Delivery times for fragrances are as follows, 4-10 working days from the day the supplier processes the order. Depending on Availability).
Shipment days - NO shipping on Thursdays after 10h00 until Monday 06h00.

FRIDAY ORDERS

Orders placed and paid on a Friday:

If dispatched by me, parcels go out Monday morning.
If dispatched by the supplier, parcels go out Monday during the day.

the supplier may email/send it directly to you.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

Even after confirming stock, suppliers may inform me late at night of shortages.
